TTORA is currently working with a team of offroaders and garages alongside the Transport Commissioner to resolve issues with regard to modified vehicles. We were invited to a meeting with other offroad stakeholders that was held at the licensing office Caroni on 2023-07-13. Please be guided by the attached letter.
